Southland C-9 Schools

ATTENTION SOUTHLAND ATHLETES 5TH GRADE - 12TH GRADE :
We will be offering free sports physicals on Wednesday, August 17th for all Southland athletes who need one. The physicals will be performed by Access Medical in Marmaduke, AR starting at 1pm. The bus will depart from in front of the Southland high school gym at noon. The pre-participation physical and annual paperwork must be completely filled out before we leave from the school that day, or the doctor will not perform the physical. Please ask your athlete for these required forms prior to August 18th.
